The Graco 111116 Seat O-Ring Packing is a genuine OEM PTFE sealing ring used in Graco G15 and G40 air-assisted airless spray gun assemblies. It is designed to create a tight, leak-resistant seal at the gun seat, helping maintain consistent fluid pressure and spray performance.
This PTFE seat O-ring is commonly used in G15 guns with both plastic and carbide seats, as well as G40 gun assemblies with RAC tips. It is included in Seal Repair Kit 249422 and is often replaced during routine gun rebuilds and preventative maintenance. PTFE construction provides excellent resistance to coatings, solvents, chemicals, and wear in demanding finishing applications.
